Man Year
Most men know they have a deficit in their life. They feel the gaps in their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual lives, but they havenā€™t closed the gap or shown much change over the years of their life. They want to change, but thereā€™s no path or program. They have no outlet for transformation. This is why we've created Man Year. A one-year transformational challenge-based program, with 4 twelve-week sprints surrounding the core domains of life (spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional) that you do with brothers of your choosing in your community.

The Men's Council Mastermind
Twice a year, about 30 of us men, get together for a private off the books meeting. We sharpen each other, encourage one another, and most of all link arms in our giving, justice, and ministry. Jeff and Jon have a combined 30 years of experience working with and thinking about issues related to men, masculinity, and so on. Jeff leads men and fathers through the online ministry Family Teams, while Jon has been a pastor in New York with a specific call and heart for men for decades.
Most men haven’t been taught how to be one. It’s time for that to change.
